You should only use Ready2Play if you are legally able to create an account and participate in sports activities in your location. If you are under the age required by local law, use the service only with appropriate parent or guardian permission.
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Use accurate profile information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may provide profile details, court activity, reviews, messages, and other content. You remain responsible for your content and must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
Sports and physical activity involve risk. Ready2Play does not supervise games, verify player skill, inspect every court condition, or provide medical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe and appropriate for you.
The service is provided as an MVP and may change, pause, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee that courts, players, messages, notifications, or other features will always be accurate, available, safe, or uninterrupted.
Do not misuse the service, harass others, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app, impersonate people, post illegal content, or use Ready2Play in a way that harms players, venues, or the platform.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content if needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or keep the MVP operating safely.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Ready2Play is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries, disputes, losses, or unavailable services related to use of the MVP.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes should be communicated in the app or by another reasonable method before they take effect.
