These Terms explain the basic rules for using Ready2Play during the MVP/private beta. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use the app responsibly and to follow these rules.
You may use Ready2Play only if you can legally create an account and participate in sports activities where you live. If local law requires parent or guardian permission, you must have that permission before using the service.
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your login credentials secure, and all activity under your account. Use accurate profile information and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You are responsible for content you add to Ready2Play, including profile details, court activity, reviews, direct messages, and feedback. Do not post illegal, abusive, misleading, hateful, sexual, threatening, spammy, or rights-infringing content.
Sports and physical activity involve risk. Ready2Play helps people discover courts and connect with players, but we do not supervise games, verify player skill, inspect every court condition, provide medical advice, or guarantee that an activity is safe for you. Use your own judgment and stop participating if something feels unsafe.
Court information, attendance plans, messages, notifications, reviews, and player information may be incomplete, outdated, interrupted, or unavailable. The service is an MVP and may change, pause, or be removed while we improve it.
Do not misuse Ready2Play, harass other users, scrape data, impersonate people, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, overload the service, or use the app in a way that harms players, venues, our systems, or the wider community.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or delete accounts when needed to protect users, operate the MVP, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms.
Ready2Play may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, maps, email, storage, notifications, analytics-free operations, or other infrastructure. Their services may have separate terms and availability limits.
Ready2Play does not provide legal, medical, fitness, coaching, venue-safety, or emergency advice. Content in the app is for coordination and discovery only.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Ready2Play and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for injuries, disputes, lost data, unavailable services, user conduct, venue conditions, or losses related to use of the MVP.
We may update these Terms as Ready2Play evolves. When changes are material, we will use a reasonable method to communicate them, such as an in-app notice, page update, or account-related message.
