This Privacy Policy explains how Ready2Play handles personal data during the MVP/private beta. We collect only the data needed to run core sports discovery, player connection, messaging, notification, and account features.
We collect information you provide directly, data created when you use Ready2Play features, and limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
Account data may include your email address, authentication identifiers, and legal consent timestamps. Profile data may include your name, city, country, sports, bio, height, weight, avatar, role, and account tier. Public player discovery pages show only the profile fields needed for the MVP experience.
Court discovery may use city, country, sport filters, coordinates you enter, or browser-provided location when you grant permission. We also process court follows, attendance plans, completed play history, reviews, and related court activity so players can discover where and when people are playing.
Ready2Play stores friend requests, accepted friend relationships, direct messages between accepted friends, and in-app notification records. Direct-message notification text does not include the message body. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in messages.
If you send feedback, bug reports, or support requests, we process the content of your message and related account information so we can respond, investigate problems, and improve the private beta.
Ready2Play may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for authentication sessions, security, preferences such as language, and basic app operation. We do not currently describe a separate analytics or advertising tracking program for this MVP.
We use data to create and secure accounts, maintain profiles, show courts and player activity, enable follows, friends and messages, send in-app and browser push notifications when enabled, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve MVP functionality.
We do not sell personal data in this MVP. Data may be processed by service providers that host, authenticate, secure, store, deliver email or notifications, or otherwise operate Ready2Play. We may also share information if required by law, to protect users, or to enforce platform rules.
We keep account, profile, activity, message, notification, feedback, and consent data while needed to provide the MVP, meet security or legal needs, investigate misuse, and support product operations. Detailed deletion schedules and automated export/delete workflows are future improvements.
You can update many profile details in the app, deny or revoke browser location permission, and control browser push permission from your browser or device settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict certain processing of your data.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the MVP, including authentication, role-based access controls, database policies, and hosted infrastructure protections. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and report suspected account misuse.
